Product Description

This dual power transfer controller ATS-11KW is used between an off-grid system and public power.The controller is separately connected with public power, inverter, battery and load. On the top of the controller, there is an on/off switch, please turn on the controller after ensuring all cables are well connected.

Application

The ATS controller enables seamless integration between inverters and grid power within a single circuit, functioning as an intelligent power management hub. Operating on a “reverse UPS” principle, it prioritizes battery/inverter power while automatically switching to grid electricity when battery voltage drops below user-defined thresholds (with ≤10ms transfer time), then seamlessly returns to renewable power once batteries recharge.

Featuring auto-detection for 12V/24V/48V DC and 110V/220V AC inputs, the system includes programmable battery protection with adjustable low-voltage cutoff and recovery settings to optimize battery lifespan. The integrated LCD display provides real-time monitoring of power status, battery levels, and transfer logs. Specifically designed for renewable energy systems, it automatically fails over to grid power during low-generation periods (cloudy/windless conditions), solving the challenge of intermittent green energy supply.

With industrial-grade construction incorporating surge protection, this solution is ideal for off-grid solar systems, hybrid inverters, and wind power applications.
